102 - just letting you know that I don’t have any agency left with the above property. I did manage to get an offer of 5.8m which they did not except and are wanting 6m plus any costs to cover for comm. They are dealing with a Queensland based company which are not close to what I had. Jeff will most probably shop it around and hopefully I will hear back from him in a few weeks ( fingers crossed ). I will certainly let you know if they do come back and consider.
Thank you again for the opportunity, and I would be very surprised if he could find anyone that would pay more than 5.8m unless he sits on the land for further growth.
Just letting you know I have listed the Wistow property. They have given me a 3 week listing and I’m straight into it. I will let you know how I go.

19/11/21 -Just another quick up date. Karen and Jeff are currently having some plans drawn up and are only prepared to give me 3 weeks on the listing as an interstate company have made an offer of $5,150,000. I have made them aware I have someone at $5,800,000 in writing based on the information I have supplied them but no address. The agency has been signed by both Karen and Jeff but I still require one more signature from there Mum. Not the easiest people to deal with as they have so many people running around on this land but hopefully next week I can move forward. Will let you know.
4/11 Daryl: Just a quick update with the Wistow property. I have received a call from Jeff and Karen and they have given me the green light. I will be listing the property tomorrow morning and will keep you updated moving forward.

2/11 Re 67 Paech rd Wistow
I arrived for my appraisal this morning and they were not there. Apparently they had a horse function moved to another time and forgot about me.
I have arranged to meet with them this Wednesday at 4 o'clock.
In confidence the current property value is approximately $2.4 - $3m for developer interest. Market depending.
