25/10/2021 - Amie: We have now sold this property unconditionally today off market. The commission is 1.7% inc. and the home sold for $890,000. It's just subject to cooling off. Will keep you posted.
14/10/2021 - Amie: Cost focused and doesnt wish to disrupt the month to month tenants as you mentioned. Other agents have advised to wait until feb however I have two buyers that will buy this immediately. We have a Zoom on Monday to agree everything and potentially sell off market. A great lead.
