26/11/21 TEXT SENT TO VENDOR AS?? Court is continuing she said going with Boss but not doing anything until the NY if she changes her mind will tell me.
SENT UPDATE TO TWO AGENTS.
22/10 David Farrugia: he said Boss inflates the price, charges high comms 3% and high marketing, he really wants to get this but hard when you cant get infront of the owner to meet but he will try.
