3/11/2021 - Josie: I had updated Mark that with this lead the current property manager refused to give us the tenants details and then told us that they have a signed form 6 on the property now so we were blocked from assisting with this one by the property manager
25/10/2021 -0 Josie: Just checking in with you re the referral you had sent me for Cornelius and his property at 52/40-56 Gledson St North Booval.
I spoke with Cornelius on the phone initially and he was very happy with everything that I told him. The next step was for me to attend the property and provide Cornelius with a market appraisal. He instructed his Property Managers to release the tenants details to us for this, however the property managers initially would not provide the details to us, then completely ignored us for days, then sent us an email stating they now have a signed Form 6 on the property and that they would not be providing anything to us. I tried to contact Cornelius twice from when that happened and he has not returned any of my attempts of contact. So unfortunately we were not able to help with this one I'm afraid. Thank you so much for the referral though, I really appreciated it 😊
