7/2/22 DEAN: We are still on it. Owner has been doing some work on the house and has been looking for their next home. Not in a desperate hurry.

3/11 Katie did not get a call back
2/11 App booked emails sent to all see responses - Dean yes going back tomorrow to finalise will let me know.
I haven't. I tried to call Andrew multiple times and he didn't answer. I left him a voicemail and a text message to which he responded his wife would contact me to book an appraisal. She hasn't contacted me at this time.
