 FAMILY BUYOUT  - Kay has sold her property to family members - privately. effective 9th June 2022.

27/10/2021 - Judithann: The owner is considering selling the property to family members. I am awaiting confirmatin of access to the home to provide a current market appraisal. Telephone discussion today.
26/10/2021 - Judithann: I am waiting on Kay to confirm when her neighbour will be in the area to provide access. Kay resides in the greater Sydney area and the neighbour resides about 100 kilometres north of the property.
I will keep you updated.
