2/2/22 paul - The 'best offer by' campaign concluded at midday yesterday 1/2, and there are 2 prospective purchasers that I am currently in discussions with.
Paul - Hope you are well.Yes, I have made contact and been out to appraise the property, which went really well.
They have indicated that they ‘will’ be selling in due course, and they seem as though they are really comfortable with me as their agent.
I will keep you posted.
