SOLD PRIVATELY AFTER OUR AGENT HAD A SIGNED AGREEMENT. 
1/12/2021 - Ben: Leanne is arranging the sale on behalf of her parents, who are moving to a retirement village. They are still waiting on news of being accepted into the village. Once this happens, they will be ready to sell. Leanne has indicated that I am her preferred agent.
