14/10/22 Patrick: Thanks for the follow up. Nothing to report yet. PRG hasn't been able to achieve anything to day, so we've actually been renting our place out since we last spoke. But John Caputo is having a home open I think this weekend.

Sadly Vicki the market isnt seeing value at the price we have advertised the property for and the seller isnt wanting to reduce the price at this stage.
thanks for checking in. 22/12 Brad: Quick update on this one, appraisal and selling proposal all done for Patrick. Is keen to sell but likely first quarter of 2022, good conversations and built some good repour. Have made a note to follow up with him beginning of February, will sell next year.
I am signing out until he 10th of January. If leads do come through, I will be forwarding to my sales assistant Josh who comes back on the 4th of January.
8/12 Brad: Have made contact and am organising a time to view the property & provide my thoughts.

25/11 BROCK: Hi Vicki, I did email Patrick however didn’t hear back.
I will pass on this appraisal sorry. More than 80% of buyers are owner occupier (Not investors) so trying to sell with a 12 month lease will be unproductive.

9/11/21 ** As I said to Brock, the situation currently is this. My tenants just recently renewed their annual lease. This fresh lease will begin on Nov 13. I'd prefer not to spook them with a property inspection so soon after the new lease was inked. So can I suggest that the agent contacts me sometime in the week beginning Nov 30? We can then organise an inspection anytime before mid-December, setting the property up for sale in the New Year.
