The house is currently renting it out. 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, theatre room, secure carport with remote door, patio area, garden shed. Lease expires end of November. Tenant is likely to vacate. Vendors are considering selling (if the price is right - otherwise will realease). If they sell they will also need to get in and do some cleaning and painting etc before thet are in a position to put on the market, so at this point they are seeking an appraisal and a chat about that market.

We are yet to contact any agents directly. The house is currently being rented. Lease expires end of November. At this stage the tenants look like moving and we are deciding between finding another tenant or putting the property on the market.
We are not needing to sell as such, so if we dont get the price we are after we will likely continue to rent it out. So we are looking to get in touch with a few agents to get a feel for what price bracket they believe the house would fetch and an idea of what fees we would be looking at etc. As the tenants have been there for a year or so, we would also need to get in and do some cleaning and painting etc before we were in a position to put on the market, so at this point we are just putting the feelers out.

Yes I have had contact from the 3 agents thanks, but unable to take any further action until the tenants move out and I can get access to the property so the sales agents can do an appraisal etc, so probably wont get any traction until this happens at the end of the month.not responsive to Lee yet
