29/08/2022 - Pam: We finally have this under contract, just waiting for it to go unconditional, will let you know when it does
17/0/8/2022 - Pam: We have finally got another offer accepted on 23 Galleon Ct in Bucasia. Will keep you posted and hopefully no dramas with this contract.
6/07/2022 - Pam AD: First contract crashed unfortunately. Had another offer but too low, no side access which is proving to be a problem, will keep trying. Fingers crossed
8/06/2022 - Pam AD: e have a buyer for this one but the owners only want the contract dated on 1 July. We are preparing everything, so will let you know if all goes through ok.

DELAY - NEW 12 MONTH LEASE30/11/2021 - Pam:" I spoke to Karen again and she said she is waiting for the new year and said to call her at the beginning of January. Will let you know if she lists.
2/11/2021 - Pam: Just touching base about Karen and her property in Shoal Point. I spoke with her today and she is still undecided as to what to do. Not sure whether to try and sell before Christmas or wait until closer to when her tenants lease is up. Will let you know if she decides to list. Thanks
22/10/2021 - Maxine: I have spoken with the owner and discussed all options to her and she is going to speak all options and come back to me
22/10/2021 - Pam: Just spoken to her again and we have a bit of a problem in that she has just renewed her lease with the tenant until Sept next year. Most of the people purchasing in Mackay at the moment want to move into the properties and investors are coming back but want to purchase for peanuts. She is not getting a great rent return. I have suggested she move the rental across to us so we can get to know the tenant then try and find them an alternative property, then go to market. She is discussing with her husband. Will let you know if any luck!!
22/10/2021 - Pam: Just touching base to let you know that I have spoken to Karen and have sent her a desktop appraisal and some costs involved in selling. Unfortunately properties are selling in the high 300’s to early 400’s in her suburb so will let you know if she decides to sell.
