I have a bit of a conflict of interest with this one.
Someone in the extended family (deceased estate) contacted you guys however the Executor and the family are personal friends of mine and she called me almost straight after not knowing or having asked for an agent search. I am, of course listing the property for the family when it is ready. I hope you are ok with this as I have given them a good discount on my commission.
