20/4 Mitch: Left messages for Sue. Her uncle isn't looking at selling right now. Will stay in touch with her throughout the year.
1/12 Sue said her uncle not selling for now and she is no longer involved his son will take over 17/11 MItch" : Spoke to Su, she passed on my number to the family member living at the property as they were going to call me for some trade numbers to help out with a few things. I will call her again today see how things are progressing
