12/11 Kon will do it in his time he does not think she is a seller, wants two appraisals one for when her mother died and one for what unit is worth now, he thinks she wants to buy her sister out so that she can profit from the developer when they make an offer for 2 or 3 years time. vf
27/10- Konstantin said not worth that much and developers are looking at buying this has been in conversation for last 3 years not sure if they will go ahead and when.
27/10 Peter Chauncy: said that this building is in deep discussions with a developer said an appraisal will be a waste of time and thats why none have come to market for years to call Morton they are involved and know more about it.
