22/08/2023 - Steven/ vendor: Appreciate the follow up, at the moment no decisions on putting up 47 on the market not sure on current timing. Thought we had a plan in place but when it came to put pen to paper, there was a change of mind.

7/03/2023 - Steve: Appreciate keeping in touch. As if today very little has changed other than now considering putting the property on the market as is. Seems minor but is a big breakthrough.

29/089/2022 - Steven re FU: Sad to say my mother having entertaned is still having doubts about putting the house up for sale. I may have mentioned previously that it is important for her to be 100% committed or it will be decade long blame game. I have kept your details and rest assured at some point the house will be put on the market. When is the unknown it will be either hers or fall into my hand to do so.

Lee: Spoken with Steven a couple of times. His mum is having some repairs made to the property. Most likely we will have an appraisal in January. When she has come to terms with moving. We remain in touch.
