NOT GOING ANYWHERE - family fighting over what to do. Sell, rent, certain family buyout etc. Had been unresponsive to ouir agents for a long time
5/03/2024 - Sue: I would be interested in getting any updated information on this property. If a rental what would be an idea of a return. Or a sale in the current market? There has been some discussion on this with the family recently so any info you forward me, I can pass it on.
Understandably Mudgee is getting some interest in recent times. All I can do it try to offer the family the information you pass on and if they are still keen then to move forward.
