10/11 - I have met with the ladies, they have a big job in getting rid of the stuff. Anyway I have given them a proposal and a separate one for their solicitor doing the probate. It is early days as the vendor only passed 10 days ago. I will keep in touch with them and let you know how it progresses10/11 CLIENTS: a lot of work to do still clearing up etc, organised a skip for 29th november does not look like it will go to market until next year still waiting on probate.
