Pam -  Hi Kirsty Just letting you know that I have been in contact with Steven and he said to speak to him early next year as it is better to list his property closer to when the tenants will vacate.

Hi Kirsty I met with Steven last week just before he went back to work, he said he would get back to me once his shift was over. I will touch base with him towards the end of this week and see what he wants to do.


Hi Kirsty I have spoken with Steven a few times and we are going to hopefully get this one a couple of months before his lease is up in May. Will let you know closer to the time.

Just touching base to let you know that I have not had much luck getting hold of Steven. Have left him a couple of messages and e-mailed. Will keep trying. Thank you.

I have still had no contact with this vendor. I have tried to contact him multiple times since November.
