24/11/2023 - Scott: went over T&Cs - he interprets it differently and will ask their solicitor to review the wording. I did mention we supply a lot of good quality leads to their other directors/agents as well - will come back to me next week
24/11/2023 - Scott: VM to call, was sold after 2 years but listed within about 6 months - doesn't want to pay
24/11/2023 - Emailed for invoice info - Scott: The lead was sent to us on the 2nd November 2021, in your terms the duration of agreement is 2 years.We finally sold this property on the 23rd November 2023.
"3.5 The term of the Agreement is for a period of 2 years, specifically the Agent will pay the Referral Fee to the Company if the referred Property is sold and/or rented by the Agent or Agency, if the Agent or Agency is appointed to sell or rent the Property within 2 years from the provision of the Lead. The Agreement may only be terminated in accordance with clause 6."
