Mother's property, maintained it well, old housing commission house, 3 bedroom brick house, knocked out wall in living areas, so all open plan. Sunroom on the back, prefab structure.DLUG big back yard Long bench with extra storage drawers between kitchen and dining areas. Sun blinds on front windows, as it gets quite sunny. Established garden with established trees. Put in long series of steps from front gate to door to help with access with walker. Only been there a couple of months and probably not hard to take out if someone didn't want it there. Carport next to the house so you can walk under cover to the front door.
