19/5 Janet:  I have kept in contact with Barbara, she has no intentions of selling until her tenants move out which is scheduled for later this year. Did her an updated appraisal of $709,000 to $779,000 based on comparable sales. Will follow her up in 6 months.

10/12 Lee Martin:  Thanks for your email. The vendors are currently trying to sell their own home and will hold off on 1 panpandi until 6 months down the track approximately.

25/11 Janet. Appraised and emailed my submission 2 weeks ago. Tried calling Barbara today, no answer, left her a voice message.
