Failed this - brother has been a pain & stopped the sale. Then when he wanted to move forward and listed with my agent, Lisa pulled the plug. Been at them for 5 years - have been unresponsive to my agents
27/10/2022 - Aaron: If I called her anymore it would be seriously classified as harassment or stalking. These follow-up calls have gone on now for over 1 year. There was one time a few months ago when she actually answered my call, said she was busy and would call me back. Other than that I can say to his been about 25 to 30 messages left for her over that time and she has never returned any of my calls since the original appraisal. Feel free to do a bit of chasing yourself and let me know how you go
Andrew: Lisa & David have placed the sale on hold. I think they are selling the mothers home in Mt Waverley . They listed 1 Gordon Ave Frankston with me and then Lisa convinced her brother not to sell.
They are currently not returning my calls
27/10/2022 - Callum:Lisa has been hard to reach, I have just left another voicemail with her now as it has been almost 12 months since I appraised, no return call or news as yet. I have left multiple messages and sent text messages without any response since around December 2021.
8/06/2022 - Aaron: it has been a long grind of follow up however I believe she is getting close now

2/03/2022 - Aaron: Great initial contact however she has not responded to 10 messages left by me over the past 2.5 months.
7/01/2022 - Callum: have tried to call a few times, also sent an email today. we have listed 3 Gordon next door and launching that property next week.
