Hi Vicki Will touch base again in July, wants market to improve before listing. Think we should get this one.
I have tried calling and e-mailing her so many times and she has never responded. She had her daughter and friend living in the property when I went there, so am presuming they are not ready to sell. Will try again this week and let you know if I hear back from her.

8/12/21 Hi Vicki Just letting you know that I have tried following up Janete with a phone call and e-mail but have not heard back from her. Don't think she was in a hurry to sell as her daughter lives in the house. Maybe next year. Will keep trying
