They are working together to sell this property , then another owned by Karen in Holwell and a big move to Adelaide, buying a property jointly.

Properties are trashed, druggies, Todd confirmed they have destroyed the place in the last 4 years, cannot be sold, said they would rectify but nothing ever got done
\19/05/2022 - Todd: has pulled out - vendors have not improved the property, cannot be sold as is, the brother is a druggie, closing it down
30/11/2021 - Todd: just an update. I listed the property at Winkleigh. Just waiting for them to do a big clean up (house and land needs a fair bit of work)16/11/2021 - Wayne: Both Wayne and myself have left several voicemail, but no return calls back from Karen as yet
