APR - Sellers need to buy a property before selling and listings are very hard to find in their price range. Not ready yet.
ROBYN - JAN 23 - Not selling for now. I will keep in contact though
SEPT 22 - I have called her however they have stopped looking for now as they haven’t been able to find something suitable to move to. I still have an open listing signed with them in the background. Did you want to touch base with Nicque?
FEB - The buyers are still not ready to sell until they buy something to move into. 20/1 - ROBYN - The sellers need to find a property to buy before selling and are looking at one of my new properties on Saturday.
