BUYING OUT PARTNER?? -TRISH -  This one is a family matter, they were trying to buy each other out. The property needs a great deal of work and his very unkempt. One of the owners is looking to keep it, just wanted an opinion of value to let the other family member know.

HALI FEB 22- I spoke to Charley just a few days ago. He is going through some family issues he needs to address he said.

Apperantly, house title is under his and his brothers name. Charley does deffinitly want to sell but his brother is against the idea of selling.

So, they are not ready yet. He said he’ll deffinitly call me as soon as his family issues addressed.
