2/2/22 update from gary - When I called originally, informed already made an arrangement, spoke today as search showed still not on market, informed that coincidence, it is going on this week and is with an agent prior to checking prices with web lead sites.
06/12/21 They have the ball rolling Dad has just had surgery and it is still tenanted until February. They are at the stage of negotiating now with agents.
