03/12/21 Veronica, yes one of the agents (Allan) did get in contact with me and did give me a estimate of the expected sale price. I thought the estimate from the agent was on the low side. I am in NSW at the moment and not in a position to return to Tasmania yet. I have decided not to go ahead with any preparations for sale at this stage.
