6/12/2021 - Amy/vendor: I will not be engaging your proposed agents as the current sales of apartments in Melbourne CBD is really bad. I had already paid for the advertising, photography, conveyancing and body corporate extract last year and so will continue with the same agent.
23/11/2021 - James: This is a tough one. CBD sales are incredibly tough in high rise right now. I told Amy she would need to price it 500-530k to attract a buyer (she paid well over 600k) and that didnt appeal. She is considering renting instead.
