Vendor UNRESPONSIVE - cancelled several appointments with our agents.
9/3/2022 - Melanie: I made 3 appointments but they were all postponed because he was too busy.

13/12/2021 - Steve: A few appraisals have been booked but unfortunately cancelled on the day.
