Yes, we had a slight movement in the asking price. 
We have seen inspection numbers pick up –July we had 2 parties inspect and August saw 7. Seems to be a bit more confidence than last month.
 We had one party that was interested in the property less than $400k.
I’m sure we will get a better offer soon.
