CHRIS - JUL 22 Hi, last time I spoke with him was 7th June and he said he is waiting for probate to go through which might not be till the end of the year. I've got reminders to stay in touch with him.

 

DERIN - JUL 22- Not yet Natalie. He asked me to follow up again in September when probate should be finalised. Cheers Derin

I went to see him on Saturday 27/11/21 and he told me he was yet to see another agent. I called him to follow up the next week to see how he was going as Christmas is getting close. He told me his mother was not well and as she is the actual vendor he was in a holding pattern.I sent him a cleaning contact to help him prepare for sale and followed up with a text and email and will follow up again in the next few days.
