19/1/22 Nick: Vyt hasn’t responded to my follow up communication after our first and only initial brief chat. He didn’t end up pursuing the property I was selling which he initially had shown interest in.
22/12 Nick: client never returned his call, did not bid on property they had but he will follow up in new year.

Funnily enough, the home he's looking at is with me so it's worked out well. I've just sent him some information as he requested and trying to line up a time for next week to inspect. I'll keep you posted
