I just made contact with Martin. He has been busy on his farm and due to the terrible weather he has been working long hours and unable to get back her and finish prepping the property for sale.
I suspect he will be back in a fortnight.
He is a really nice guy. We don’t have a signature at this time but seem to have a good rapport.
