17/8 Aviv: No plans to do anything for a while. We just sold one in the block which I recently called him about. He wants $100K plus more than market value.
22/6 Spk2 him on the phone a little while ago. No plans to sell unless he can get a price which is 20% above market value.
3/3 Aviv time waster shopping around
