ADRIAN - Just wanted to give you a quick update on this one. 
I spoke with David again today, and they are still working through probate with solicitors, however it seems he and his siblings are working constructively. 
They are hoping to have probate finalised in about 4-6 weeks, and in the meantime have requested we provide a full marketing submission.
He did advise they are talking to a couple of other agents, but that’s to be expected.
Will keep you posted as the situation evolves.
Chatting to Teska - Still Seeking Probate. He likes him. bro & David agreed they want to sell asap. waiting for Probate.
