4/3/22Sale fell over on Finance. Have sold it again to another buyer off market - 14 days finance and P&B.
Sales Progress Last Checked - 3/3 Off Market
31/1 Listed for sale. Due on the market within 2 -3 weeks. We have got it being painted and carpets replaced.
7/1/22 Tom: Been out and met Laura and Mitchell today. Have organised painter and carpet quotes for her - good appointment. I think there is a good change we will secure this listing in the coming 1-2 weeks :)
6/12 I have spoken with the client.
