2/2/22 - update from Anthony - Spoke to Brian two days ago, he is still waiting for the probate to come thru. He has not decided an an agent just yet, i think we are in there was a chance.

20/1 Brian:  no decision made yet, got the death certificate yesterday will decide next two weeks.
10/12 Anthony:  I meet with Brian and his wife, I appraised the ppty $1.2 to $1.25mil.

They are going to clean the place u and sell it next year, meeting went well.
It’s a deceased estate, they are also waiting for the probate to come through also.
I spoke to Brian yesterday afternoon, he received my report and said to call him mid Jan after xmas to keep in touch.
