17/1 Sharon:  happy new year to you, we have had 2 very positive meetings and I have no doubt they are comfortable with both my assessment of their home and our ongoing relationship moving forward however there is reluctance by one of them not to sell until they lock into their new home.

10/12/ 21 Yes, we have been in touch with both thank you and Sharon has been to see our property yesterday and will get back to us. Josh rang yesterday and we made an appointment for next Tuesday for him to look over our property. We shall keep in touch.
