Currently on the market since Jan 2016. Not happy with agent has had 25 groups through home and no offers. Renovated 3 bedroom house on 4.2 Acres. Currently on market with Sam Cole - Anreps Agency SA - Also spoken with Country Estates agency, not really happy with their pricing scructure
