Hi Vicki, both agents were quite helpful. Of the two, I found Daniel from Sciberras more enthusiastic and his pricing structure more suited to my needs. Still, the plan is to consider holding off until the lease has expired in order to make the property more marketable to owner occupiers. We could be looking at June for a restart.
