29/6 Text sent to ZAC for an update on payment 

6/0.6/2022 - Zac: He said payment needs to come from Elever - they have paid him for this property / Zac CONFIRMED this. He wants them to pay us from other monies owing, as per his solicitor's instruction (so he said). Will be meeting with them later today. I suggested making a payment arrangement and then working out his personal tax implications at a later date with his solicitor/accountant. Will call me tomorrow after his meeting with solicitor and discussion later today - Mark

6/06/2022 - Left a VM for Zac to call me regarding invoice payment - Mark

12/5 ZAC:  I have spoken to Elever and waiting on a call back from the the book keepers for payment.


11/5  Zac is running into issues with that company he was an employee with no ABN so technically they are required to pay us because the property settled, they got paid and they owe him $70k which he intends to get and he has authorised them to pay our split to us and pay him the rest, he said he will call both Renee and the marketing manager today and he will get back to me he apologised for all this but wants to sort it. vf

05 MAY 2022 - Zac no longer working in Elever. Referral was not declared and was not approved by Principal at Elever. All funds already disbursed to Zac so will need to chase Zac directly for this referral.
