24/1/22 I had an appointment with the two agents Ralph and Roxanne. I have an idea of what maintenance/renovation needs to be done to maximise the best selling price. I foresee property being ready late February or early March.
07/01/22 Ralph no longer at Wright and picked up by Roxanne there so added her to property, Ralph also accepted through Ray White..
07/01/22 - Both agents dubious about accepting - have sent CTR to both but not research to client
