12/01/2022 - Neil said he signed a conditional contract yesterday for 2.3mill if it does not go ahead will ctc the agents had a great talk with Danny and he will also call Mitch

10/01/2022 - Mitch:  We have not yet, but leaning towards it. We?ve spoken to both and will confirm hopefully over the next few weeks when I am back at work and after getting a few bits from the rental agency
