9/3 update. from Tom - This property is unconditional now and due to settle on 11th April 2022. The final sale price was $640,000. Our commission rate is 2.5% inc GST. Feel free to invoice us $3,200 inc GST payable once the property settles :) Thanks guys. Tom


4/2 Tom listed a couple of weeks away from going live 

19/1 Just received this from Terry- so I assume he will list with me shortly: Hi Tom, Thank you for visiting and providing your ideas and sales philosophy. We are travelling to Toowoomba for a few days next week to investigate the opportunities to purchase/build a home at that location. Assuming we are happy with the outcome of this visit, we will then proceed to put our apartment on the market. 17/1 Tom : Met with Terry & Carolyn this morning. Meeting went well. They have spoken with one other agent so far and have one more to see still. He said he preferred me to their first agent. Will follow up in a couple of days.


12/1/21  We saw Daniel Lee yesterday and have an appointment with Tom on Monday morning, we also organised to see a third agent Monday afternoon as we wanted three options.
