Natalie, just to give you a quick update. Susie Patton-Quinn managed to sell 63 Bridge Street Muir Head on the 9th March for $685K. The other agents advised me that market value for this property was $635K - $655K. However considering I built it for $660K I was not keen on their evaluations and am extremely happy I went with Susie.
