Jun 23 - Kirsten -  if something can go awry with the subdivision it will. All was going well until the sign off before titles needed the principal surveyor to certify all was complete. He has been away from work and returns tomorrow. Hopefully the first thing he does will be signing and sending the certification with plans to titles. Meanwhile I'm paying bridging finance at 15 percent.


Katrice Jun 23 - Hi Natalie.. no updates my end.


28/2/23 Katrice:  I don’t have any updates. As I’ve said before , this sale has left me with a large mess to sort out with the buyers and no payment for myself. When and if it ever settles I won’t be in a rush to pay anything. Thanks again.



16th May 2023 - Council - subdivision cert signed - last Monday - lender and she has signed docs - then title then settlement - 4 weeks - 6 weeks before it will settle.
