Yes spoke with Betty nearly every day up until yesterday. Until Tuesday night she said that she was favouring myself and LJ Hooker to list the block but rang Wednesday afternoon to inform me they are going with the agent that sold them the land as he came in around the same fees and cheaper advertising. egards Raimo Lavia LJ Hooker
