2/2 Craig: Spoke with Les (Fayes Son). They went to Glenngarra Retirement Village yesterday and looks like Faye would like to move there instead of back to 42 Neale Street Long Jetty. Unfortunately they are still going to sell through Stone as their agency agreement is still in place from weeks ago.
17/1 Craig has not heard back from the family members yet will follow up
Spoke with Faye. She is forwarding me the details of her son to arrange access. There is a Power Of Attorney in place.
