Vendor has decided it rent it out for a year. Will return to the market in 12 to 24 months. Very happy with us and the service to date.
22/6 Still on the market, tough product to sell and if not sold over the next 2 weeks he will rent it out.

Still on the market. It’s been a tough one to sell as it’s on a busy road and has a very tight living space.
We are in discussion about reducing the price to generate more buyer enquiry.

18/5 AVIV: Was scheduled for auction last week. Unfortunately not much buyer activity so we converted it to a private sale. Will keep you in the loop over the coming weeks.

8/2 Appointed Auction late May getting tenants out first late March
3/2 AVIV: Met with him twice, has a tenant in there until late March, worth high 6's to $700K. Overpaid when he purchased it and market hasn't caught up yet. Happy with costings, our strategy etc. Wants to chat again mid March
25/1 Aviv: worth high 6's Aviv got along well client bought in the height, wants to make close to what he bought Aviv will touch base in a month after tenants out
